We were honoured to be invited by the global restoration platform, Restor.eco, to speak about using the eBird and Merlin apps of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology in ecological restoration projects!
During our one-hour talk on September 18th, more than 50 people from countries around the world–including Indonesia, Madagascar, Switzerland, Portugal, and Brazil–joined us to learn how these free tools can support their bird biodiversity monitoring in restoration efforts.
We thank Restor, ETH Zurich, the Crowther Lab, Global Experiments Network, and Dr. Rebecca Cole (of ETH Zurich and Loma Linda Field Station)
for this opportunity!
