MoSI Collaborative Bird Banding Data

Our collaboratively collected MoSI bird banding data, between Finca Cántaros Environmental Association and Osa Birds, with NABC-certified bird bander and trainer Holly Garrod, allows us to better understand the bird populations and dynamics of southwest Costa Rica, and thus respond to interesting scientific questions and develop more informed conservation plans. "MoSI" is an acronym that comes from Spanish: "Monitoreo de Sobrevivencia Invernal" or Monitoring Neotropical Migrants in Winter of the Institute for Bird Populations.
